Summary of Proposals 

60 Queen Victoria Street

Create over 2,000 sqm of additional high-quality office space

Create regular floorplates across the building with a reconfigured core and infill of the atrium to provide more attractive commercial space

Provide an accessible terrace at roof level by replacing the current large roof top plant with floorspace and lower-level plant above

Increase the size and activation of the reception area on ground floor creating a more welcoming experience

Activate the ground floor with improved transparency and connectivity

Activate the atrium with two new cycle lifts at ground floor cycle storage spaces and modern end of trip facilities

Targetting BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and NABERS 4* rating

Introduce a consolidated servicing strategy to reduce delivery congestion and pollution

Introduce terraces to allow for a visual link to the St Pancras Church Garden opposite. This will provide much needed amenity space for office residents

Remove the brise soleil and replace the glazing to improve the building’s sustainability standards and internal enjoyment of office space
